Through our Full Investment & Asset Management Report, we provide the most effective recovery strategy—both technically and commercially— while maximizing the potential of the underlying asset.
The Full Investment & Asset Management Report can also be requested during the non-performing loan (NPL) stage to identify the most suitable strategy for engaging with the borrower. Where possible, we support negotiations to reach out-of-court settlements that are advantageous to the creditor. The report also includes a detailed operational action plan—Person / Action / Date—to guide implementation and monitor progress effectively.
